After talking with many students and fellow exhibitors, I felt that a “fitness” class with a forum might help us to discuss our goals, exchange valuable information and tips, and post pertinent videos and websites. The following class has many ideas, exercises, and drills to help YOU become a better handler, trainer and teammate for your dog by increasing the fitness you need to for agility and other dog sports.
The exercises and drills will help you increase your balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength and endurance. Each week the following aspects of fitness are addressed: Vision training, Mental toughness preparation, Flexibility workouts, Balance exercises, Agility drills, and Nutrition.Come join us for the fun of running with the big dogs!
